My name is Adrianna, and I am an accredited physiotherapist (MSc).
Movement is my biggest passion, as well as the body. Finding the way to “become a supple leopard” began in my early years. Professional sport and other activities showed me that you can’t exercise just chosen body parts, but you have to treat the body as a whole.
My goal is to show you the patterns to build a fit, healthy body accordingly to physiotherapy-related issues, movement, and a healthy lifestyle.
